SMS / Text Messaging
RouteHero sends SMS text messages to keep customers informed about service they have scheduled or requested. Recipients receive messages only after providing a mobile number and consenting to be contacted. Messaging is transactional and operational in nature.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies based on service activity.
