RouteHero provides field service management software for service businesses. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Messaging

The Service may send SMS and email notifications related to scheduled or requested service. You are responsible for ensuring that recipients of messages sent through the Service have provided appropriate consent to be contacted. Recipients may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited, unlawful, or abusive messages, or to engage in any activity that violates carrier or messaging-provider requirements or applicable communications laws.

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by RouteHero and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RouteHero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
