Recurring billing & AutoPay

Bill the plan. Charge the card. Skip the chasing.

Bill service plans per visit, monthly, quarterly, yearly or prepaid (in full or installments). Customers turn on AutoPay in their portal, or your office does it for them, and each new bill is charged to the card or bank account they chose. Declined cards are retried automatically.

  • Every way to pay

    Techs take a card, cash or check at the door. Customers pay by pay link or in the portal. The office charges a saved card or bank account. Refund all or part of any payment.

  • Surcharging

    Add up to 3% to credit card payments, with your own disclosure text. Techs can run a debit card without it. Rules vary by state, so check yours first.

    Invoices go out by email in your company’s name with a secure pay link, no login needed. Pay-link payments end on a receipt page, and AutoPay emails the customer each time.

See who owes what, and for how long.

Every unpaid invoice rolls into accounts receivable, grouped by how far past due it is, so your office knows exactly who to follow up with. Open the AR aging report or export it whenever you need it.
