Yes. Customer migration is part of switching: your customers come over with their service locations and service plans, so you aren’t starting from a blank screen.
Payment token migration is available where supported. Where your current payment setup allows it, saved cards can move over so customers don’t have to enter them again. Ask us about your setup and we’ll check it for you.
Team onboarding is part of the move, for your office staff and your technicians. And the Route Hero mobile app is built for the field: today’s route, service notes and gate codes, products applied, photos and payment, right on the tech’s phone.
