These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RouteHero website, web application, and mobile apps for iOS and Android (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Service

RouteHero provides field service management software for service businesses. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Messaging

The Service may send SMS and email notifications related to scheduled or requested service, such as alerts when a technician is en route or has arrived. Such messages are transactional, not marketing. You are responsible for ensuring that recipients of messages sent through the Service have provided appropriate consent to be contacted. Recipients may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies based on service activity.

Location Tracking

The RouteHero mobile app can record a technician’s location during their active work shift to power dispatch maps, arrival-time estimates, and route optimization, as described in our Privacy Policy. Businesses that enable location tracking for their workers are responsible for providing any notice to, and obtaining any consent from, those workers that applicable employee-monitoring and location-tracking laws require.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited, unlawful, or abusive messages, or to engage in any activity that violates carrier or messaging-provider requirements or applicable communications laws.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by RouteHero and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RouteHero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
